The hotel is wonderfully located in the vibrant heart of Darwin, offering a central base to explore the city. The rooms, although compact, were clean and had a cozy feel. The service was exceptional, with attentive and helpful staff. The dining options were decent but could use some improvement. Overall, a great value for money stay with a few minor drawbacks.

The hotel is very noisy due to its proximity to the entrance and the street, but the family room provided was small yet sufficient for our daughter and her boys. The facilities were kept clean and new, providing basic necessities for our stay.
